TREC’s most recent RSC annual report shows the number of contracts sold in 2004 was 389, 911 with an average of 1.77 service calls per contract. The number of service calls and the cost per service call were lower than last year, down by about 10%. But Everything Residential’s average service call cost was over twice the Texas average. This is not an accident.

Here’s how we do it. First, Everything Residential is full replacement. We repair and replace with the same brand, model, color and finish rather than builder standard. Second, we pay our contractors their normal rates so our customers are treated fairly. As a result the contractors won’t be looking for ways to charge additional fees to make up for the shortfall from the service call.
