Home warranty promotion and sales in a defined territory. Sell to realtors, consumers, builders, title and mortgage companies to promote company products. Develop personal relationships with real estate professionals.

Job Requirements
Position requires professional appearance, demeanor and excellent people and sales skills. Some public speaking is required. Industry experience and a positive track record also a plus. Successful applicant must have dependable car since a lot of driving is necessary.
