- Allows contractors to give you full replacement of parts and equipment, including replacing luxury items with luxury items - not "builder's standards"
- Review contractor's internal standards for quality and customer satisfaction to make sure they match our own
- Set financial requirements to assure the contractor's stability, insurability and accountability
- Set communication requirements for ultimate responsiveness
- Routinely check timeliness, neatness, appearance, demeanor and competency
- Reward contractors with the highest service ratings by giving them more claims
