Everything Residential includes scheduled maintenance of air-conditioning systems in the spring and heating systems in the fall. These services focus on safety and equipment efficiency in conjunction with maintenance.
Annually, Everything Residential coordinates inspections for termites and pest control maintenance.
We offer the unique ability to purchase additional years of coverage at closing at a reduced cost.
Everything Residential service professionals are not operating under a "fixed fee" or "average-pricing" schedule. Even though significantly more costly for us, this "fee for service" approach offers the best assurance of a competent technician with customer service coming before service costing. This unique approach assures competent craftsmen, on a timely basis, do the job correctly the first time while treating you as a premium customer.
If replacements are required, we will provide components of the same quality not simply builder’s standard, up to the contract’s limits * .
We cover systems and provide services in our base coverage considered optional or not available in any other contract.
To assure effective communications our service center is locally based. Our approach is to assign a real person to interact with you in order to optimize a scheduling convenience and to resolve issues while understanding your problems firsthand.
