This warranty is available for pre-owned homes through Real Estate Professionals, new homes, or direct to consumers. The base cost covers homes of up to 5,000 feet. Additional square feet will be charged $250 per additional 1,000 square foot or any part thereof.

Buyer Basic Coverage is $480 annually and includes: Air-Conditioning System(s), Heating System(s), Ductwork, Plumbing, Water Heaters, Sump Pumps, Electrical System, Dishwasher, Range/Cooktop/Oven, Built-in Microwave, Trash Compactor, Roof Leak Coverage, Garbage Disposal and Termite Treatment.

Silver Special Pricing:

If a home or condo is less than 3,000 sq. feet and less than 5 years old, the base price is $380. If a home or condo is over 3,000 square feet and less than 4,000 square feet and less than 10 years old the price is $430. If your home or condo is over 3,999 square feet or over 10 years old the price is $480.
