This warranty is available for pre-owned homes through Real Estate Professionals, new homes, or direct to consumers. The base cost covers homes of up to 7,000 feet. Additional square feet will be charged $250 per additional 1,000 square foot or any part thereof.

Gold Coverage is $1,590.00 annually and includes: Air-Conditioning System(s), Twice a year AC/Heat Service, Heating System(s), Annual Pest Control and Termite Check, Ductwork, Plumbing, Water Heaters, Sump Pumps, Electrical System, Dishwasher, Range/Cooktop/Oven, Garbage Disposal, Built-in Microwave, Trash Compactor, Termite Treatment, Roof Leak Coverage, Kitchen Refrigerator, Washer/Dryer and many more items usually considered "options."
